TARGETGROUP’s quality management system is certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 20252:2019.

DIN ISO 9001 ISO 20252

Our certification in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 and ISO 20252 gives customers, employees and our partners the assurance that we provide our services in accordance with the highest quality standards. Core processes are regularly scrutinized, optimized and documented. Our quality management system is recertified every three years and an annual surveillance audit is carried out by an external auditor. The last surveillance audit took place in November 2020 and reconfirmed our certifications.

All of our employees have access to the relevant QM manuals (DIN EN ISO 9001 and ISO 20252) and thus receive relevant guidance for their daily work. All key processes are standardized throughout the company, enabling processes that are distributed across different departments or locations to be handled uniformly and in accordance with standards.

In principle, the standards apply to our entire range of services, unless certain areas have been or are explicitly excluded.

Certain areas/offers are not created by TARGETGROUP itself, but are purchased externally if required. This applies in particular to the following areas:

  • Access-Panels (A.5)
  • Telephone data collection (B.5)
  • Digital observation (D)
  • Device ID technology (A4.3)

The quality of purchased service elements is checked in accordance with the standard specifications.
